![]() I wonder how it is if we don’t have a master, and if we have that option. My lashes were a 7 on a scale 1 to 10 and one has to take in account other charges on top of initial price. When I checked out I was asked to pay on top of everything for master work a tip and they hand me a small envelope. After my lashes were done I was convinced to become a member in spite of my request to see how my lashes are first and how long will last so in only 2 weeks I have another appointment for refills ( after I pay membership plus refill discounted and master price ). Once there I was told that actually my appointment was with a lash master and I have to pay an extra $20 ( on line I did not have an option or made aware of extra charge for master who does lashes for a little longer then 1 year). Saturday I decided to have my lash extensions done again, I booked my appointment on line and next day went to lash studio. They want more money and don't care about their customers satisfaction. Smh! I will not be a pendeja and god knows I kept my cool and kept a good demeanor while I went back hoping they would do something to help a girl out but no. I see ladies coming in spending money like pendejas probably having the same problem and just not getting there moneys worth. You guys seriously will end up with a bad rep. If your late and let them know they cut into your time which is understandable but man don't leave your customers feeling robbed because she came out looking like she still needs a fill. At that point your membership service is useless and just proves that you are a scam because the end result the customer will be unsatisfied with the way the lashes look for what's included in that membership and will be forced to pay the up charge of 20 total coming up to 100 with a master stylist for those lashes only to last two weeks. What's the point in getting eyelash extensions if you end up looking the same with the classic lash. They are not customer friendly and honestly I was better off going to a place where they don't up charge you for every volume lash. I feel extremely robbed at this point, and god knows I'm glad I canceled that membership. The outcome with this is I didn't get what I paid for! ![]() Left eye continued to fall out and was left with 1 lash 2 weeks later. I would absolutely love to cancel the membership I signed up for if they don't correct.ġ month review came in for my fill, 2 weeks ago they corrected the problem and I had given them another chance and kept the membership active. Wow! My best friend had her lashes done a week before mine elsewhere (not amazing lashes) paid less and her lashes look better than mine. Since day 1 I've used their regimen of caring for lashes and they didn't even last a whole week. I'm disappointed for paying for good quality lashes and not receiving that it almost feels as though I was scammed for my hard earned money. All the 6D have pretty much fallen out on my left eye. I had my lashes (6D hybrid Gorgeous) put on Wednesday, February 12 one week review update on these lashes. Keep doing what all of you are doing and together our community will get back to normal! They continue to smile and treat me so kindly that I feel horrible for being so rude!!! But everytime I come out of my lash session with Amanda I am in a great mood and I always apologize!!! Let me tell you I'v gone in there sooo stressed out and having a bad day and I unintentionally take it out on them and they still treat me like it doesn't even bother or phase them. The Staff - The girls at the front are always patient & kind. There are not too many things we can count on these days and trying to feel good about ourselves is difficult with no hair & no make-up! But thanks to you guys we can still look & feel beautiful behind our stupid masks!!!Īmanda - Always amazing & theeee best, I will never go to anyone else!!! I get compliments on my lashes all the time! Still loving my lashes and so grateful Amazing Lash Studio is still there for us.
